Calling all Public Sector Employees who are Ex Australian Defence Force personnel
If you used to be a member of the Australian Defence Force the Office for the Public Sector would like to better understand your experience in becoming a public servant.
A 90 Day Change@SA project is looking at how to facilitate Better Employment Outcomes for Transitioning Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel and it is vital to get input from people who have already made this transition. One of the project outcomes will be the development of practical guides to support ex-ADF personnel to be successful in transitioning into the South Australian Public Sector, which will help map ADF skills and competencies to classification levels within the South Australian public sector. The Project Steering group also intends on making other recommendations, which will be informed by your views. They are also looking for some case studies which can be used as examples of how people have transitioned from the ADF to the South Australian public sector.
You are invited to complete a short survey, which should take about 10 minutes, on your experiences and what changes you would make to improve the process for people transitioning from the ADF to the South Australian public sector in the future. The survey will be open until close of business Friday 26 May 2017.
