Veterans, their partners and immediate family members can take advantage of free career support services and gain access to our extensive employer network.
This program is free to access, and you do not need to be a member of the RSL.

Correctional Officer
Correctional Officers undertake a front-line role in the prison system. They are responsible for a wide range of duties relating to the safety, security and welfare of prisoners in our care. They manage day-to-day issues and contribute to ongoing rehabilitation.
The process outlined below is the current process for COs .

Veteran Vitality and Engagement Coordinator
Henley and Grange RSL (HGRSL)
On Site Veteran Vitality and Engagement Project (VV&EP) Coordinator
Job Summary:
The on site VV&EP Coordinator will act on behalf of the HGRSL as a liaison between participants in the program and with those who will act as research service providers and program facilitators.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide on site support to the program i.e. through [DP1] sourcing local veterans for participation in the program, marketing the program, establishing a database of participants and a communication plan.
Establish an EOI template for member participation that is circulated to veteran organizations and local clubs to connect with veterans who are not yet part of a veteran organization.
Attend all meetings with the research providers to establish the plan to implement classes, and arrange speakers, seminars, personal training, and fitness assessments that promote healthy lifestyles.
Develop promotion and publicity plans for the program throughout the organization.
Develop a booking in process for initial health assessments and workshops
Compile statistical summaries of participant data, class attendance, and equipment inventories to ensure proper detailed program evaluation.
Assist with the development of budget, policies, and procedures relevant to the operation of the program.
Develop a feedback form for all participants, to support evaluation of the program.
Attend each session to assist with the connection of the RSL with the program participants.
Prepare reports of the feedback forms and observed participation for distribution to the HGRSL Management Committee and research providers.
